Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. If your cancellation request is approved in time, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and must instead be handled as a return.
To request a cancellation, please email info@drmeridian.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns for Physical Products
We accept returns of eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- A 15% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
Note: Returns sent to the manufacturer or any unauthorized address will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, contact info@drmeridian.com to receive the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Items
Please be advised that digital products, downloadable content, and electronic bonuses are non-refundable under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this term.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to post, depending on your bank or card issuer
- A 15% processing and restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns
Bonus gifts included in your original purchase are yours to keep, even if the product is returned.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Re-check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your card issuer—delays may occur depending on their processing time

We are committed to your satisfaction and fully stand behind our products. To resolve any issues quickly and fairly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work directly with you to ensure the matter is addressed promptly.
Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and violate the terms of your card issuer.
